Clarity – Towards increased self-awareness and personal clarity
Counselling can assist you by talking through many of life’s difficult or challenging moments.
We are influenced by a number of modalities including; Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling, Existential theory, positive psychology and mindfulness Practise.
We work directly with individuals or through company EAP schemes.
Sessions last for 1 hour and can be taken weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
